get up close and personal with this nikon macro lens, the 60mm f2.8micro lens. the 60mm micro can focus as close as 7.3inches and has a 1:1magnification rate, so it is perfect for detailed views of the most intimate and miniature of subjects. compatible with both dx and fx-format nikon dslrs, this lens provides an equivalent focal length of 90mm on the smaller format cameras, so you can get an even tighter crop on your subjects, without getting close enough to scare them away.

the bright f2.8aperture of the nikon 60mm micro lens is excellent for producing shallow depths of field, while the out of focus areas are of the most beautiful kind, thanks to a 9-blade rounded diaphragm. if you are getting close to shoot living subjects in detail, you don’t need to worry about this lens scaring them away during performance, with the silent wave motor assuring that autofocus is both quick and quiet. also suitable for firing off the odd portrait, this nikon lens provides a stunning level of diversity to your kit. all this from a lens that weighs just 425grams and is 3.5inches in length.
